A multi-phase residential community of more than 350 homes requiring an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Draft Plan of Subdivision approval.

A mixed-use development combining a 274-bed Extendicare long-term care facility and six residential apartment buildings with 612 units, requiring multiple planning approvals.

A nature-based satellite campus for Lakefield College School featuring farmstead facilities and overnight accommodations, requiring planning approvals and policy amendments.

A temporary Tiny Home operated by a non-profit Peterborough Action for Tiny Homes (PATH) to provide long term housing options to people experiencing homelessness in Peterborough.
