EcoVue supported PATH throughout a challenging approval process aimed at delivering innovative housing for vulnerable residents in Peterborough.
After City Council initially refused the proposal, EcoVue’s Principal Planner, Kent Randall, provided expert land use planning testimony before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
The project highlights the importance of flexible and compassionate planning that balances community needs with regulatory requirements.
With EcoVue’s support, PATH continues to move forward in its mission to deliver transitional housing and promote dignity, safety, and inclusion for those experiencing homelessness.
