The team worked with municipal staff, Council, and residents to incorporate Provincial planning policy, address community needs, and create a modern regulatory framework for local development.
The revised Official Plan and Zoning By-law modernise how the Village manages growth and development. Both documents were created through active collaboration between EcoVue, Council, staff, and the public, ensuring local priorities were clearly represented.
The updated Zoning By-law now delivers clear and consistent development standards across Burk’s Falls, simplifying approvals, supporting diverse housing, and promoting sustainable land use practices throughout this growing Northern Ontario community.
