The team prepared all required planning documents, including the Draft Plan of Subdivision, coordinated with consultants, and worked closely with municipal staff to ensure the project met City requirements while supporting both residential and healthcare community objectives.
EcoVue partnered with the applicant, consultants, and City staff to develop a coordinated approach that supports both healthcare and housing needs within Peterborough.
The approved portion of the project delivers a new Extendicare long-term care facility, providing essential healthcare services and creating local employment opportunities.
The companion residential development will introduce six mid-rise apartment buildings that increase density and housing diversity in the area.
Applications for the Extendicare facility were approved in spring 2022, while residential approvals are currently under review with the City of Peterborough.
