The team prepared and submitted all required planning documents, coordinated with external consultants, and worked closely with municipal staff to guide the project through every stage of the planning and approvals process.
EcoVue, the applicant, and the project team collaborated extensively with Township staff and community stakeholders to achieve a balanced and well-planned approach to development.
The result is a master-planned community designed to accommodate long-term growth within Lakefield while enhancing local housing diversity and amenities. The project reflects sustainable and integrated urban planning principles and provides the foundation for a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood.
All required applications were successfully approved in early summer 2025.
