The team prepared all required planning documents, including the site plan, worked with consultants, and maintained ongoing collaboration with City staff to ensure the project aligned with local policy and achieved efficient, context-sensitive residential design.

The design integrates multiple housing types within walking distance of schools and amenities, supporting sustainable, compact growth inside the existing urban boundary.
The project revitalises a vacant site along a major arterial corridor and contributes to Peterborough’s housing supply while maintaining neighbourhood character.
All required planning applications were approved in 2021, clearing the way for construction of this well-integrated urban development.
