The approved plan delivers a range of housing types that make efficient use of land while connecting seamlessly with nearby developments on Peterborough’s western edge.
The project supports the City’s long-term growth strategy by adding diverse housing options, improved infrastructure, and stronger neighbourhood connectivity.
All required planning approvals were successfully granted in 2022, allowing construction to proceed on this new residential community.
